It is reported that Cambodian police have arrested a man after six
boxes of teddy bears filled with about 80 kg of pseudoephedrine were posted to
Australia. A search of his flat is also
said to have revealed 39 extra-large towels, folded neatly and wrapped in
plastic which had been soaked in the tranquilizer Ketamine which may also have
